Stephen D. Ruben

Stephen Ruben, Esq. General Counsel, has been in the Real Estate Settlement business since 1992. After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Stephen went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate at the University of Baltimore Law School. He graduated with achieving the high status of Law Review.

Initially, Stephen was a member of an elite law firm that handled medical malpractice cases where he litigated million dollar claims. Subsequent to that he started his own practice and has conducted over 15,000 real estate closings in MD, DC and VA over the 25 years of his practice. Stephen still enjoys helping homeowners understand the legal process of purchasing a home and assisting investors with their portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
